If I sell my Membership(s), who will receive the Membership refund at the end of the term?

For example, if you purchased your Membership(s) for a total of $100,000 and you sell your Membership(s) on the Marketplace for $50,000, then at the end of the term, you will receive a refund of $50,000 from the Warriors since you were paid out $50,000 already as part of your sale.
